from me and the current Sheriff and his Deputies
have refused to file an offense report. Sheriff Brown
and Constable Stephen Duffy believe that THEFT is a
CIVIL matter and that I must hire an attorney to
prosecute these THIEVES. Not according to the
TEXAS LAWS of TODAY." It is still a CRIMINAL offense

The Texas Rangers have been contacted to come and
investigate the lack of enforcement of Texas statutes
& laws in Medina County-specifically by Sheriff Randy
Brown and Constable Stephen Duffy. The formal request
has to come from the District Attorney and he has been
contacted. Stay tuned for updates...............
